Production Lead Time

• All pieces are made to order. We strive to meet a 2–3 week delivery window, but larger orders and/or times of higher than normal order volume will result in longer lead times.

Payment Terms

• New Accounts: 50% deposit required, with the balance due prior to shipping.
• Established Accounts: Net 30 billing available.

Shipping

• Orders ship via UPS Ground, fully insured. Please let us know if you prefer an alternate carrier.

Exchanges & Repairs

• Trade-ins: We accept trade-ins on styles that aren't selling, provided they are in like-new condition.
• Repairs: Any piece with a fabrication issue will be repaired at no cost. Repairs due to wear/damage or ring resizing will incur a minor fee to cover shipping, time, and materials.

Materials & Stones

• Earrings are available in either 20g (0.8mm) or 18g (1.0mm) wire diameters.
• All 14k gold pieces are available in Yellow, Rose, or White Gold.
• All "diamond" styles are also available with Rubies, Sapphires, Pink Sapphires, Emeralds, Black Diamonds, Salt & Pepper Diamonds, or Autumnal Mix Diamonds at the same price point.
